How do you come to a parolees home without the parole officers knowledge and when the parolee is in custody? I asked to see the search warrant and they wouldn’t give it to me. Threatened to take my baby away if I didn’t allow them in my home. Held a gun on my infant son for what? He feared for his life. I’m 5’1 and my son was one month.

Judge wouldn’t allow the jury to know the police came without a warrant and were just doing what they wanted. If they wanted the parolee he was in wayside and they quickly left once they saw the box sent from wayside with his belongings

I can't see how she didn't win her case? By his own admissions, he DID have his gun pointed out in that bedroom where the baby was. How many times have WE heard of "accidental" shootings by the police? Or anyone with a gun out? She probably was overwhelmed and ran out the court because of the FACT that the police are going to give manufactured testimony that the system is going to support. Mind you this was a time with very little cellphone footage and NO police body cam. So she had a damn good case.
