Another game! But this time against a subscriber :) HE asked me to go easy, so I took off my try-hard pants and just HAD SOME FUN! while doing so, I discovered that the WOTAN actually counters the KAISER MECH! WELL... WOULD YOU LOOK AT THAT!

The build that works best for me is storm trooper x3 followed by engineer to build barracks, this usually allows me to wipe a few squads, the opposition usually tries to build a barracks earlier meaning less troops on the ground, they will also attempt to replenish the units, while you can start building mechs. Also I capture the iron mines first as that is what is required to build the initial units. I also find a lot of people will use cover too much, on a lot of occasions its better to just rush the enemy and get in close.

they haven't mention anything like that, but they might add something similar, we'll have to wait and see!
