Alex, for those of us who have been following your adventure since before you started cad designing your own cylinder, this video was like going down memory lane! There are a lot of people out here cheering you on from afar and for who a new video is a special treat for early in the morning in a still quiet house with a cup of coffee, or late at night with a drink. We all struggle in our own ways, and you are open and honest about your battles. Keep on being creative, keep on fabricating, and keep on dreaming. You have tons of talent and a knack for sharing your experiences with us! Here is to harmony at home, Alex, peace in your mind, and HORSEPOWER in your garage!!

I like others here, feel as a part of your team... Your passion, drive, humbleness and honesty is inspiring to many. I just know you will break the record and even if you do not, I am thankful you are bringing us along for the ride. I look forward to your videos and this is one of my favorite channels, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year Alex and other fans!

I found this channel years ago because i just got my first scooter and wanted to know more about 2stroke engines but instead of only learning i feel like i made a friend. The whole idea of making the worlds most powerful 2stroke 50cc gave me a new look on life, instead of "bigger is better" and just installing 130cc or whatever to gain power 'easily' you stuck with itty bitty 50cc and try to get as much power out of it as possible and keep on trying despite all setbacks. you openend my eyes and made me realise that you as a person decide your own goals and no matter how long they take, how discouraged you get or how many setbacks you have what matters is the memories you make and the poeple you meet in the journey. and as long as i am able i will try to support you in your journey.

Just wanted to say I’ve been here since just before your trip to Bonneville, and to follow your journey to this date and beyond is a blessing! Thank you for all the excitements, side projects, ups and downs throughout the years, and for beeing so open about your mental health. Saw some comment in the last video about manning up and keep suppressing your emotions, and I’m so glad your are dealing with your shit and being open about it. I know a lot of people out there, even amongst your viewers (including myself), are (or have been) dealing with depression and to all of those i just want to say: Keep fighting, there is a clearer sky up ahead! A curious mind will never settle. God fortsättning och gott nytt år Alex!🎉

I'm glad to hear that you're considering a water-brake dynamometer for future testing. After a bit of familiarization, you will find the water-brake to be user friendly, with the reward of accurate, repeatable data. Thanks for sharing your two-stroke engine history-you have done a lot of work and deserve to be recognized. Your idea of taking some time for physical activity (chopping wood) has great merit; internal combustion technology can wait. Have a happy new year.

Happy New Year!! Keep up the great work! From an IT perspective, I would definately be keeping records of your changes. That way, you can always track backwards and see a change that may have gone awry and correct the error. Keeps you focused! Also, my gf and I are coming to Denmark in May if you have needs from the US and care to meet somewhere. Nothing huge, mind you, but I can bring something if required. Probably cheaper and faster :)

At 21:05, you know it's my hill to die on, but it doesn't need "lots" of filtering, just some filtering (2 resistors and 2 capacitors would work great!). It's a good idea/necessity for any load cell in a high vibration environment.
