Cool, you’re doing essentially what I do also, but I am using either the jrb cinch or saddle hunter hitch on my tether rope loops around the tree. But lately I’ve just been climbing and rappelling on the basic double rope jrb system but transferring to a tether on the jrb saddle hunter hitch to get my best hunting position in the tree

I’d love to get a two tether system going but it looks super complicated.

No, exact opposite! It really is easy! I'll do a video showing all my gear and how I got/made it. It is really the cheapest way to easily climb any tree, even with many branches!

@@wild_sam9845 Well, I'd love to have a system in place. I started One Sticking this year and I'm really loving that, but I'm still carrying a stick.

Not really it’s based off of two ropes advancing in turn up the tree. Running eye was the start now we are using improved methods for the loops that are easy to move but won’t let go . So you just stand up in a foot loop on your bottom tether, taking weight off your top tether which you loosen and slide up the tree, tighten , put your weight on it and sit into your saddle, relax, then raise up your bottom tether taking weight off it gives you slack that you can loosen it up with, raise your foot and move that tether up, then stand on it and you repeat ….,

@@kennethrogers1129 Yeah, I get how it works. I've been watching videos of guys 2TC for a long time. Scott Atkins is a Rock Star. I just haven't put all the pieces together yet.
