Forgot to add: also love the aesthetic of a grot cave being blasted to smithereens, just before a pirate stunty jumps into the wreckage, fires three rounds through the smoke for good measure with a loud "hahaaaa" (or "yarrr", if you prefer). See monty python and the holy grail for reference.

Just a thought of something, I think Skrappa Spill was inspired by the real-life Scapa Flow Scapa flow was where the British scuttled the German fleet after its capture at the end of WW1. It is still famous nowadays for the sheer amount of sunken steel trapped beneath its waves. Could just be a coincidence, but you can never truly know when it comes to GW.

This sounds an awful lot like something that happened in the novel Gitslayer. Gitslayer is from the series that follows Gotrek Gurnisson's adventures in the Mortal Realms. Well worth a read or listen.

I love the idea the KO had no idea the city was below them and just thought they were dealing with orcs. Side note to Doug: the broken realms story "in the deep dark" would be a fun one to cover as it connects all 4 destruction factions

You gotta think that outside of matched play the KO are a total nightmare for other races. We just do flyover bombing runs and snatch up whatever looks valuable. Armies that aren’t either burrowed deep into the ground or flying wouldn’t stand much of a chance, generally.

Ohh love this and the KO! Imagine the bombs dropping and the immense noise from the batteries. Also seeing some dead green skins is always good 👏 side note... I do play KO if it didn’t come across 😄 poor Dawi losing so many ships... the Admiral will have to answer to hard questions! Don’t think my Admiral Calik would’ve been so easily out played 😄
