i too have been struggling lately with feeling like i am missing out. not just in the friends aspect but also just in the life aspect as well. i think what has really helped me lately was just showing up places and trying to being social. like trying to get better at small talk just so i can practice not being so shy. i too really like having quality friends over quantity but too make those sometimes you have start on small stuff. i hope you, me, and everyone else who is struggling to make friends find our people.

And the worst part it I am not talking to anyone I was friends that time, I think you find the right people when you can be you without being harsh on yourself which is hard, I am still working on that. man i really relate to the not a lot of friends thing 😅 for me I feel like I know a lot of people (can make small talk with them) but I don't really ~know~ them on a deeper level.. I am also probably too shy, but I do feel like I try haha. and it def doesn't help when people make it seem like college is ~the~ time in your life to make lifelong friends, but I think just trusting God's timing is so important, hang in there!

hi hannah, i love watching your videos so much because i can totally relate to you, sometimes i think we feel and maybe think the exact same way haha. anyways, i just wanted you to know that you're not alone with the way you feel, especially about making friends. i just started college in september and it has been a very lonely journey so far, making friends has been so difficult because of how awkward and shy I am and I feel like i miss on a lot of opportunities, and i don't even have a boyfriend to keep me company lol. But yea!
