As an introvert (infj-a) I still get nervous when doing things that require extreme socialization or putting myself out of my comfort zone. But I've noticed what has helped me is writing scripts and acting out my response to certain situations(something I enjoy doing anyway). I think of it as I am playing a role in a movie and the great thing is you can change up how you present your personality without feeling like the world is crumbling lol. Also, as a current design student, I just want to say you inspire me so much! 💕 and watching UCLA campus makes me miss the AP classes I used to take there in high school!
