Paddocks in England are something else. Is amazing the quantity of beauties well used and/or abused. I have to go one day!

Great vid! Interesting reading the comments, last years Cadwell meet had 2 TZ750s. A proper RG500 did the ACU race at Donington, however its a lil too expensive so to be seen if it'll be out next year. Also CRMC are now allowing Pre 95 bikes suh as 400s and 750s. Sidecars also potentially. Those bikes are now 30 years old or more so think its ok.

A few years go there were loads of interesting 500 2 strokes at the Donington meeting from abroad, but recently the foreigners seem to be staying away????

@@2wheels2strokes4ever Seems to be the case sadly, you still get a few handfuls, in my opinion the real gem was the Classic Endurance Legends grid at Brands GP, same weekend as CRMC Donington this year, seeing modern and classic bikes, headlights on round the GP was an amazing sight for 3 hours

Was an active member from 1980 for ten years. Had a great time. This video takes me back. Must say lot of the bikes look modern. Things move on.

When all the classic bikes look modern it tells you that you yourself are getting old!!! Sobering.

Ol' Johnny Cronshaw is still fuckin' quick!

I think it is his son who races the machine now.

@@2wheels2strokes4ever Oh, I recognized the famous helmet/leathers and a "little thickness" now, (we are not young anymore lol!) and assumed it was John. Who won that race? The fellow on that Seeley g50 was bit aggressive and shoved his way past. It was unclear if Cronshaw was the winner or runner-up! Great vid though. I wish our race meetings were just as full.

This aspect of racing has sadly gone with the advent of the rollers - I miss this aspect of racing, particularly when making videos.
