I did this challenge with my son- on an empty stomach. I do not recommend it. I agree on the taste- the first 3 packs didn't seem hot to me, only spicy- son tapped out at 3. Pack 4 was painful. I cried a bit. Pack 5 was HOT AF, but I was fine about 10 minutes in. 2 hours later I was writhing on the floor naked praying for death, covered in sweat, horrible intestinal cramps, shaking, hyperventilating and all my extremities went numb. That lasted about 20 minutes until the endorphins all kicked in. My wife kept offering to take me to the hospital. I knew exactly in my body where they were. When I later went to urinate, I doubled over in pain from the stream- the oils stuck to the insides of my urethra and hurt me for another hour. Can't wait for the 4.0 challenge!
