2x KONE Elevators @ Rose Rayhaan by Rotana Parking Garage, Za'abeel, Dubai, UAE

The six-floor parking garage of Rose Rayhaan by Rotana was located behind the main hotel tower. Its first five (ground to 4th) floors had parking areas, while the top 5th floor was home to the hotel's Bodylines Fitness and Wellness Club, as well as an expansive outdoor deck with swimming and vitality pools and an adjacent poolside bar called Aquarius. A link bridge from the fitness club entrance on the 5th floor connected the garage to the hotel tower's 4th floor.
The garage had two elevators serving all of its floors, supplied by KONE as was the case with the main tower. These were typical MonoSpace models with the same KSS 520 fixtures as those in the hotel tower, with fixtures placed on side walls rather than on the same side as the doors. Their cabs were smaller than the tower elevators, and had entirely metallic walls instead of featuring wooden elements, though they had been done in metal mesh fabric instead of plain surfaces, making them somewhat less mundane. They were quite fast for their height, and coupled with quick leveling supported by LCE controllers were very efficient; however, shaft noises heard while in motion indicated that these were now beginning to wear out.
