☆ Ranma Finds Akane With Shinosuki ☆

Yk I always thought of this scene as Ranmas biggest rejection because all he’s ever had was girls falling for him and loving him and wanting him and he was always rejecting and when Akane doesn’t like him at first he’s being tested but he finds deep down respect that she doesn’t throw herself at the first guy she sees and that’s why this scene stings so much because when he hears she made dinner for him and he’s requesting “AGAIN??” No one’s ever wanted more of Akanes cooking and practically no one’s ever lasted to the second meal that is besides him. She’s also always cooking or baking for him to test try it because she wants his validation so seeing that she’s making food for someone else and someone wants more of it he won’t be the only to last her food let alone the first one to try a good decent meal she’s made. It’s really a deeper thinking I’ve had about this scene but I think that’s what actually leads to the fight scene because for the first time he feels incredibly threatened that someone just might actually take her from him and she might let it happen because think about it. Kuno, no one likes, Ryoga, he’s too embarrassed or shy to confess and he also is P-Chan so he can’t really do much till he’s cured, Toma (the guy from the movie) she doesn’t want to marry him and is asking Ranma to save her so she’s not going willingly, and practically anyone else who’s tried to take her she doesn’t want them she wants to be saved by Ranma. Right now she’s telling Ranma she doesn’t want to be saved and it’s ripping him up because it’s not as simple as usual yk? Make a plan, fight some people, save Akane, and run. No no no rn he has to convince her and let me tell you a Tsundere attempting to convince another Tsundere is probably one of the hardest things to watch. So instead of talking he goes and does the one thing he knows how to do best, fight. When he’s stopped by Akane of all people he see’s he actually lost and that’s why he goes and actually cries in the cave. Crying because he can’t express the right emotions he wants to, crying because he thinks he’s actually lost, crying just to let some emotions lose. Then Akane gets in trouble and he see’s a redemption if Shinnosuke can’t save her she can’t want to be with him knowing how much she needs saving all the time right? Right. So he goes and saves her and when they leave the last scene is him reaching to hold her hand to show some emotions because he’s that afraid of something like this happening again. Sorry for the essay but it’s just my way of interpreting this episode ❤
