@@Crusader-yq1bf i would agree that constipated beasts are fun to fight IF they are alone but when you put two of them together it becomes an onslaught of pure unfiltered dogshit because you can easily get very unlucky and have big, arcing attacks with long-ass animations coming at you left and right stunlocking you to hell and back before you can do a single complete rotation these constipated beasts are not Agni and Rudra in DMC3 or Ornstein and Smough in Dark Souls 1, their asses were NOT meant to be fought together at the same time. it's like whoever designed these enemies forgot to tell the guy in charge of abyss layouts that they're meant to be fought 1 on 1

I think I would unironically prefer all of them at once then to have two waves of two apiece. At least if they all dogpile you, you can AoE the shit out of them all and just burst i-frame as much as possible. Sure you'll probably get a few BS one shot deaths here and there, but I think I'd rather have that than struggle to meet the time limit of two waves

I love this new abyss, it always feel so good when you give everything your account has to offer and still struggle to clear it. The last time an abyss rotation made me struggle like this is probably all the way back to the last patches of 1.0, and its only because of lack of resources and underpowered characters. But now, the enemies are actually hard and annoying, not because of stalling and invulnerable phases bs, but because of their actual movesets and durabilities.

This rotation has been very fun... Unlike most of the previous ones where you just had a bunch of mobs/bosses that do nothing the whole fight but hide underground or have invulnerability phases to burn your time... I think the consecrated beasts have been the best kind of enemies to fight in abyss. Very aggressive and engage you constantly although they do move a lot they don't intentionally run away or decide to go idle on the other side of the map. I do find shield breaking as a means to "stall" much more fair than the boss just being hidden or invulnerable for a set amount of time...

I respectfully dissagree on this, I like a challenge yes, but this abyss aint it for me. It foces you to play certain elements or else you won't clear it on time with teams of your like, not because of DPS or the level of your account, but because of the structure of your team, so you can't really get creativo and play cool teams. Also I don't like how it almost forces you to play dendro for the second half of the 3 chambers, clearly designed to sell Alhaitam or use Nahida. As one of the few people who refuses to play easy mode dendro teams and havent built a single dendro char in my account, this abyss has been not fun. Waiting for Fontaine so abyss can stop catering to dendro. (Dendro Will still be OP, but it won't feel forced down our throats at least).

@@alexferrier5732 Nothing in particular forces you to play dendro on 2nd half, it sure helps to deal with the hydro shields but the real mandatory element on 2nd half is pyro for dealing with the frost heralds in time. I cleared with Ayaka freeze first half and Raiden national 2nd half didn't have any particular issue and that was no dendro at all in any of the teams, I always find it humorous though how Raiden the god of electro is perfectly useless vs the Thunder manifestation, glad Bennett/Xiangling/Xingqiu are so broken they can deal with almost anything...

I full cleared after easily clearing 12-2 and 12-3 but getting stuck on 3 star 12-1 for an hour. Finally cleared with 20 seconds to spare after getting out the unconventional team of Raiden Zhong Venti Bennett for second half. Never thought a full archon team could be a legit problem solver lmao but ig it was great for a good mix of damage, survival and shredding elemental shields.
