I rewatched this video recently, and boy have my opinions changed about it!! I look at that video in a more discerning way, where I actually break down what I mean by "opinion" and "personality." It's a more thought out version of that video.

Ive noticed people who have many passionate/ loud opinions don't always seem very happy. I wonder if that's because people who are more agreeable are actually happier in general or they just keep their negative opinions to themselves more than the former type of person lol

Yes, actually, I see that. I've been admiring those people, but why do so if they're not even happy? I like that I'm generally happy and easy to please
