Women are usually more consistent than men around this level but its starts to really change once you get to 4.0 and above then men start to dominate more in consistency. You need to try and keep your eye on the ball more when you make contact, this will keep your head stable and the racquet as well. I see the ball flyes on you when you slice from the return of serve, try to hit more groundstrokes with hitting the return.

Where did you come up with that analysis. The girl in this video just has better technique than the guy. She has a better forehand, backhand and serve. The only advantage he has is his height and strength because he is a man, but she is better in every other way. Even if they were both 4.0 I still think she would be better.

@@MarkGuy-h4y I've played people of all levels buddy and I've taught people of all levels, I know this sport very well and played it for more than half of my life. Some people pick up the game strategy much faster than others and everything I've said is very much true. I'm a 4.5 level player and women are usually much more consistent than men. I know this because I used to play against women, men, boys, and girls to improve my tennis game growing up. Men are usually very inconsistent and usually want to get the point over with quick, I would know because men in the 4.0 level usually last for only 3-5 shots in a rally before they try to hit the ball for a winner and that's usually where they make the most mistakes.

@@alexdrake8079 You are entitled to your opinion. I disagree. There are some women who pick up the game quickly just like there are some men. Some men are very steady just like some women are. I have been playing tennis for close to 40 years so I have some experience playing also. I think to make blanket statements that "women are usually more consistent at this level.." is a gross exaggeration. We can agree to disagree. Thanks.

@@alexdrake8079 : Look pal, you seem like a nice guy, and I am not trying to argue with you at all. I have played with men and women at various levels but honestly, I was talking about this match in the video. This lady was just better than the guy in terms of stroke production. Was she more consistent than him? Yes, she was but she also had better technique on her serve and groundstrokes. The only advantage he had was his height and strength because he is a man. He was not being overly aggressive on his shots. He just had bad shots, because he had bad technique. If his technique was better, he would have beaten her because of his size and strength.

Made up NTRP? Because 3.0 league men will dominate 3.0 league women. There is about .5 NTRP between the sexes. 3.5 men can play with 4.0 women and so forth and so on.
