I practice to throw the racket to the ball, deep ball = racket moves freely to the ball

This kid is phenomenal for his size! Very good court positioning and huge spin. Great lesson, love the cues for lengthening the swing. Im surprised they didnt advise him to move forward more. If this kid can volley he's winning everything.

The cues for lengthening the swing were definitely great! I need to get out there and try them myself!

Yes he is. Like many in his years. Teen ages from 16-19 is what counts..not to loose your head to girls, parties, drinking..or false expansions..

Top coaching. Good hitting from the hitter too. The kid had great ability taking the ball early. Having a coach to tell him to whip the forehand is awesome. My poor coaches would have told me to steer the ball instead-

This kid has a swing I haven’t seen in the new generation. I wish he succeed.

thank you from italy! You sre phenomenal, could you make a backhand tutorial for beginners? Im a mess on it, i even don't know how hold the grip. Thank you very much
@joanneandnoanneschannel3383Ай бұрын
continental grip for a double handed and eastern backhand grip for one hander. hold the racket like an axe. The index knuckle should be on the right bevel when the racket's side is facing the front and the pinky knuckle should be near the right bevel on the other side. I can't explain exactly, but this is basically how, you should search it up

Can you do a similar session with someone for the single handed backhand? Great session overall.

I was tought as kid to rotate my left shoulder first, can anybody tell me what does coach PM mean by throwing the racket (arm) first and then the shoulder?
@goggleboy24645 күн бұрын
Shoulders turn first, then stall, then racket whips through. I think he's saying that to keep him from over rotating. The student is clearly opening then whipping thru with the arm. Ther are plenty of slow motion videos of fed, djokovic and every other top pro

I see a tendency of the high-bouncing ball playing him and his weight is on his back foot at time of contact.

The thumbnail must be comparing different points in the swing, because otherwise the before is much better.

Power should NOT come from the hand! 😮
@mauricecatayan34065 күн бұрын
Power comes from the hand? Really? Kid's torso rotation was out of sync, so his kinetic chain was disrupted. Just needs to improve the connection and timing among his back leg, hip, upper torso, and arm. The hand and wrist transfer power not generate it.
