Do you guys have a lift installed? I don't get why ppl have multi-million houses with multiple floors and don't have lifts. Ppl get old, elderly family visit, also makes it easier to carry stuff. If I were building a house, I'd definitely have one, along with whirlpool baths, japanese style toilets, definitely AC, proper smart tech, air purifiers, solar panels. And I've always liked having a swim spa, especially if built outdoors.

the rules dont apply to rich succesful people i dont know if you got the memo. yea dont buy right away with 3.5% sont and end up coughing up every dime you work for to pay for it. you see here there when youre succesful and have money you CAN buy cool shit for lots of money like big glamorous houses. and when theyre this expensive they aint liabilities because the appreciation is too good.
