Is the tissue fluid formed when water etc moved out of cappilaries? And then moved back in to cappilaires but 10% if it goes to the lymphatic system? Thanks

Hi, oncotic pressure depends on the conc of plasma proteins right? Is this to do with water potentials? So more plasma proteins therefore decreases water potential and so water moved back into the blood of the capillary? Thanks
