sorry to be that person, but there is a mistake at 29:24 - the SAN is located in the wall of the right atrium and similarly the AVN is located at the top of the septum inbetween the ventricles, not in the atria, otherwise this has been a good video so far, thank you!!

Hi, on the blood vessel table section for arteries you do not state about the tunica adventitia/externa, tunica media and tunica intima which are the three layers which make up the artery walls. Do we not need to know this as this is what is on savemyexams revision notes for OCR. Thanks!
@insanegamer28867 ай бұрын
On savemyexams there seems to be a lot more detail compared to the slides in the video. Is this because your slides are more raw & straight to the point?

On the slide at time 5:37 there is a little mistake as the bronchiole do not have cartilage support, other than that it looks like a great video tutorial :)
@pingooice67607 ай бұрын
Larger bronchioles do contain cartilage whereas the smaller bronchioles do not.

At 54:56, wouldnt the water potential increase due to sucrose being actively transported into the sink?
@urdadpaysmymortgagexox58163 ай бұрын
i think its the water potential in the sink that decreases because sucrose is being actively transported in and that causes water from the sieve element to move into the sink via osmosis. just like how when sucrose was actively transported into the sieve tube element it decreased its water potential

aren't hydrogen carbonate ions HCO3 not HCO?
@stackinwitdee23 ай бұрын
yep HCO3 - and at 39:26 CO2 + Hg = carboaminohaemoglobin and not haemoglobinic acid and 5% of CO2 is dissolved directly in plasma as CO2 and not haemoglobinic acid
@stackinwitdee23 ай бұрын
there’s a couple mistakes regarding the haemoglobin related topic,mmHg in the x axis of the dissociation curve stands for millilitres of mercury and concentration of haemoglobin in blood is usually measured in g/dL or g/L. Also haemoglobinic acid (HHb) is formed as a result of Hb acting as a buffer reacting with H+ which is formed from the dissociation of carbonic acid to form HHb preventing changes in pH
