Thank you! I have left a few in two strand twists between retightenings, but haven’t permanently combined (yet). I think it’s partly of the density around the edges (baby hair area) that causes them to snap once they get too heavy.

Yessss for doing what makes you feel great and not for the "approval" of others! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 Your hair looks fantastic! The crown too. Besides, I think most people's hair seems a tiny bit sparse right after a retie. Regarding the Wash Day Delight, do you use it year-round since it has glycerin? I got a bottle a couple of weeks ago...and didn't notice glycerin was so high up on the ingredient list until I was ready to wash my hair lol. I put that sucka right back down😂 I'm only 16 months into my journey so I'm trying to prevent slippage as much as I can.

Thank you! I’m still looking at shampoo brands. I can’t confidently say I plan to stay with anything for long. If you’ve tried something that you love, please let me know! I’m moving to a new climate that I know will impact my hair routine-less humidity and hard, hard water. I’m going to have to change things up if I want healthy hair!
