These shows taught me more about science than all of my crappy science teachers combined. In-fact, were it not for this show I would probably not have accomplished not only what I have thus far, but what is yet to come.......and I only have a 9th grade education at that....

Holy take me back to fifth grade Batman!!!!!!! We watched this show all the time, I even remember some of the episodes after the theme started. Anyone see the eyeball episode???? there is a second of it in the opening, and I remember seeing the whole part, and that they were real dead animal eyeballs!!! the person holding it got the fluid all over their gloved with the weird goo and debris from the eye and the attached stuff. weird what one remembers...it's a good show for kids though.

The segments in the studio were filmed in the late 80's or early 90's. The footage from the Exploratorium were taken from the original broadcast in the early or mid 80's, I think.
