I noticed an issue with the E60s hosted on your site, in which they don't show up AT ALL in Trainz 12, despite them not having missing dependencies nor any faults. Is there a way it can be fixed?

I'm absoultely baffled. It's the first time i've heard a problem like that. Try opening for edit all E60 and commiting them again. Else, try to restart trainz or run a database repair.
