Good stuff Coach. I know out of 3x1 you’d probably have to get the jack and corners practicing communication for any slant/wheel type stuff on the backside, though you probably won’t see that much in high school. The plus for toss deal with the nickel to the 3 receivers is that if the other team carries any 4 man stuff at all, you have 4 guys to match it without breaking up that 3-2 box. Love that aspect of it

imho trey (TE + Twins) might get a little tricky if the OLB´s widen and play between #2 & #3 since having an overhang to each side was prime for us to let our safeties fit the run. We've also toyed around a little bit with sometimes having the Mike down on the line (specially in Empty Sets) but rolling a safety down and playing "Mix" was usually a good answer for us if we didn't cross read the TE with the backside safety or liking the Mike to carry him vertical like a classic Tampa Two. Love the video coach! I've based in the tite front for 2 seasons now. Love keeping that box the same. We've been able to be multiple with the backers and safeties while keeping the down 3 based in 4i, 0, 4i. Always appreciate your knowledge coach! Keep it coming!

Coach, At 10:30 you showed Poweri (in Madden HBHandoff) running to the duel set and you had the lineman not pick up the backer to the side they were running, if that was me, (offense) I'd put a Shallow WR on motion to pick/chip the edge

Pass rush in the tite front? We went from 4-2-5 to 3-4-4 and I love the tite for spread offensive run and pass but pass rush is just kinda blah. How do you address it?

Coach, my high school used names for all our play calls ( run and pass ) I’m trying to learn the numbers system and it’s so overwhelming for me. I’m worried if I don’t learn the system that I can’t be a successful coach in the future, could you possibly go over the numbers system for passing, protections, and running? Thanks!

Numbering can be different at different schools especially in the passing game.

Against 20 p.. do you still put the nose strong or to the side of the h back?

Game plan, perfect world he would 2 gap and play behind the centers head. Tough to teach in high school so we move him. If they are a big power team we set him away so the center has to block him and the 4i should beat the hinge of the tackle when guard pulls

Haven’t looked at motions yet, would only trade them if it was a shift. If it stays in motion we would probably just bump the backside safety to play 3 vertical
