[3.22 Path of Exile] Noob chases Level 100 (SSFSC DD Elementalist)

Main takeaway after dying a lot at level 96-97-98-99
Watch out for map mods.
No extra phys damage taken as X (elemental, or chaos). No -% max player resist. No 60% reduced energy shield regen. Same applies to Exarch Altar choice.
I died twice at 99. One time was +2 additional projectile. So don't run that too.
Other time was running blight encounter. Fire minions stacked up at entrance - massive shotgun of fire projectiles you cannot see = instant death.
Other obvious things that I learnt much earlier (3-4 weeks ago, so not relevant): Meteor on flask, Chaos damage / second on flask = VERY BAD. Do not take unless you are prepared. Even then you just get fucked when you try to loot and forget flask auto-drink.
