Stoneaxe is way lighter like only 1/3 ( i think its 0.36) of the fire axe (0.9 equipped) So you use only a third of your endurance per swing. Once you have a good skill lvl with maintanance and carpentry its super useful. I choose Lumberjack + strong + fit and I'm a killing machine with stone axes especially once skill lvl is 7 and higher. Plus you can build a Stoneaxe from a twig, a sharp stone and a rag (rip clothes). Just cut down a bush with a knife and use foraging on the street for the stone.

Here's advice from "Infradavid" in manni2's discord ```Watched the vid now: yeah, you're definitely tanky enough for the fight, even tanked two elder slams. Your biggest problem besides the one breedingviolence already pointed out is backtracking: 3 of your 6 deaths were due to you going back to where you were a second ago. This is a tip not just for bossing, but for PoE in general: you are a lot less likely to die if you keep moving forward. Apart from a few exceptions, every monster and boss aims at where you are now, not where you're heading toward. If you backtrack, you might as well have been standing still and casting for that duration, at least that gives you more DPS. If you need to burst something down - like the pooping squids - you do the stutter-step move-cast-move tech while slowly but surely moving forward along the edges of the arena (a lot of mouse movement with DD, I know...), but as long as you do that, you don't even need to look at what the boss is casting most of the time, just in you being in a new position/angle keeping you safe. if you wanna practice this, all you do is equip even more tank gear and move around in circles along the edge of the arena without attacking the bosses at all - you'll be surprised at how well you'll stay alive. ``` Thanks to his advice I managed to do Uber Elder in the next attempt (coming soon)

Bro a recommendation, if you have a free socket in some skill, like flame dash or so, socket a culling strike support gem, that would be a 10% faster boss kill

For map sustain use wandering path strat, farm splinter on other invitations (synth, guardians), farm guardian maps using same wandering path tree but with destructive play instead

Since you are wearing rare gloves i would opt out of self casting wave of conviction to apply exposure and get the eater/eldritch implicit that applies fire exposure so you can focus more on doing damage/dodging
