[3.22 Path of Exile] Noob tries Uber Elder #2 (SSFSC DD Elementalist)

Made some flask adjustments but same result.
Could use any feedback or tips. Positioning and easily made mistakes I'm making in this fight. Cheerios.

If it's the latter, running around in circles skirting the arena edge should allow you to dodge them without ever detonating one.
If it's the former, do you get oneshot by balls or do you get hit by multiple while dodging other abilities? You should aim to have enough eHP to eat at least one shaper ball, at least while learning the encounter. Capped resistances and suppression is the baseline for learning pinnacle bosses. Also, the going around in circles in the arena helps here as well. You don't need to go fast, but never stop and stand still casting for 2+ seconds. Move-cast-move is a good rhythm to get used to. Backtracking should be avoided unless you're about to get slammed and have nowhere else to flame dash.

Watched the vid now: yeah, you're definitely tanky enough for the fight, even tanked two elder slams.
Your biggest problem besides the one breedingviolence already pointed out is backtracking: 3 of your 6 deaths were due to you going back to where you were a second ago. This is a tip not just for bossing, but for PoE in general: you are a lot less likely to die if you keep moving forward. Apart from a few exceptions, every monster and boss aims at where you are now, not where you're heading toward. If you backtrack, you might as well have been standing still and casting for that duration, at least that gives you more DPS.
If you need to burst something down - like the pooping squids - you do the stutter-step move-cast-move tech while slowly but surely moving forward along the edges of the arena (a lot of mouse movement with DD, I know...), but as long as you do that, you don't even need to look at what the boss is casting most of the time, just in you being in a new position/angle keeping you safe.
if you wanna practice this, all you do is equip even more tank gear and move around in circles along the edge of the arena without attacking the bosses at all - you'll be surprised at how well you'll stay alive.
