I love that you are decorating your home to your taste You don''t need to justify it. It seems that so many people now feel like they have to use neutrals with no personality or follow some decorating trend that will soon change. I do whatever I want in my home. A long time ago, a wise friend who had her home decorated in turquoise and coral colors (her favorites) told me that if you decorate with what you like, you don't feel the need to re-decorate all the time.

I think everything looks great… don’t worry about the gold couch. Other touches tie it all together - the gold in the lamp and the gold in the rug as well as the flooring. Just a thought … you could easily switch out a light switch for one of the older ones, maybe in your reselling room and then you can keep your switch plate gift.

The tray is so pretty. I can see it on a bar cart on the lanai or on top of one of the bedroom dressers. So very thoughtful and unique of a gift.

I think you have done a great job putting all of this together. The colors look great and complement your flamingo collection as well as adding pops of colors to go with lamps and rug etc.... The kitchen is great and you are eventually going to be settled and enjoy all your hard work.

You can always paint the kitchen cabinets with a white primer, which you will have to do anyway, & then live with it for a few days & then decide on the final paint color. This is what I did in my last house & it really helped me see what it would look like finished in white. 😊

I loving this vlog!! The paint colors look good because they are in the same tone!! I THINK YOU SHOULD PUT FLOATING SHELVES ON EACH SIDE OF THE BLACK WALL (TV) make the shelves the same color as your floors then PUT SOME OF YOUR FLAMINGO COLLECTION THERE, they will pop and really be show cased rather then having them all together......they lose their beauty because they are bunched together. Keeping some on the console table but move it to behind your blue sofa.

I won’t rest until you use a barkcloth style flamingo wallpaper in the bathroom. Pleeze and thank you. Btw, when you paint the cabinets scrub them clean with TSP degreaser, follow the instructions. You must prime first before you use the final paint. The primer will be white, see how it looks and decide what color then. I LOVE the palette.

Looking good. 👍🏼 After you get everything settled, you should have your air ducts cleaned out. All that work created a whole lot of dust and with your allergies, cleaning out the ductwork would help a great deal.

For any naysayers out there. Just look at how Jeffrey's slag lamp pops now! the lamp has the wall & sofa colors in it. And the colors all were used in the late 40's - 60's. It's wonderful Jeffrey. You should get a TV frame and make the recessed area a gallery wall. Your tv is new, you can use your computer to WIFI any still images you would like for an instant art work.

I've been to that park and it was alot of fun. You can swim with the manatees in Hermossa Springs! You seem so much happier since you've moved. Love to see that❤

Jeffrey. I just loved that vlog where you went kayaking, I've watched it 3 times already, and I'm sure I'll watch it many more times. I found it to be so relaxing to watch you going down that river? The weather was beautiful and the water was so crystal clear. Plus your comments were so funny, but it was the clear water and gorgeous weather, that makes me watch it. Just loved that part.
