Regis is a good man, totally helped Jon there. He knew that Jon was leaning Virginia Wade, especially after the lifeline, and prevented him from losing all that money.

Yea I totally agree with that. Well I can't truly say I would call them philosphers like the two people you mentioned. Yet I would call Carlin more similar to Kierkegard, and Nitzshe rather then Stewart. I don't find them even in the same category.

True... But I much prefer Jon Stewart to him. I was just saying that Jon Stewart is a smart comedian. But yea I agree George Carlin is also under that category, but I couldn't really compare them since I don't know too much about George Carlin.

well, you're off by one question. It's actually risking 93,000 to win 125,000. Mathematically a correct gamble if you're more than 43% sure of the answer.

Young Jonny boy thought he was a bit of a hot shot but in the end made the right decision. Regis made the right statement without giving the answer away. He knew it but didn’t let up on it. Good form. Jon got carried away with the ego but so do many Americans. Poor taste in the memory comedy especially when your grandmother dies from it. It’s a hideous disease when you lose someone from it. It’s not a laughing matter. Bit immature from Jonny but he was young here and he did think he was God’s gift. Lose 1 of your parents to Alzeihmers would wipe the smile off your face when they cant recognise you. I hope none of you who think this was funny goes through it.

I don't see Carlins as rude like...Irreverent. To said this more clearly, with a reference to literature: I think Carlin look a bit like Nitzsche: No Taboo, said it clearly but shock... Well, Stewart look more like... Kierkegaard, may be? O.k, I might have to stop to read this kind of text... But I try to study this guy like if they was a new type of philosopher, only difference: They are funny.
