One of the worst films I’ve ever watched. Mumbling voices, a third of this showing the killer thinking and thinking, undercover detectives stealthily riding around with flashing blue lights, darkness for half the movie… director must have been on drugs or alcohol.

Top flick......yeah , guy ( altho his killing is sinful ) he wanted the cops to ( & the lead cop did acknowledge they were incompetent & were ' responsible ' for his wife's murder ) yeah he wanted the cops to acknowledge their incompetency .... ( but asmittedly so, his serial killing binge was vigilante style ) What he prtrayed was the law enfircement & justice system were / ARE blind , uncompetent & the portectors of citizens / society ( heads of state /policmen , military & justice system who are meant to be the heads of state 's law enforcement INSTRUMENTS are ignorant of implementing UTOPIAN justice !
