Cover 2 Invert from 3-4 Bear can be one of the best blitzes in Madden 21... certainly the best if you want to also be solid against the run. Simply blitz the extra overhang defender, and you're good to go 👍

I used to run bear alot and had alot of success with it. Moving from man blitz to zone. 2 things to be wary of when running this defense : Its very susceptible to stretches. Not all the time but enough of the time that you cant count on it. Also the lbs dont get to their depths in coverage quickly. So out routes are money unless you take some big risks which can work if you have a good feel for your opponent. Ive gotten alot of ints from only having a deep 3rd and having the cbs play 5 10 25 yard flats zones. But its risky. Been burnt that way as well. Overall i think its a good mix up defense and sometimes you find a player who cant stop the pressure and this defense becomes an every down defense

Hook curls set at 10 does good for me. Some say 5 is better for them. Probably depends on the formation and starting position of the hook defender. I use Nickel Triple.

You can modify the coverage behind it. In madden 20 I ran this and I would put the corner on the left in a cloud flat and the mid read in a deep half. It was cover 2, but not. Or I’d just leave it stock.

Anyone have tips to make this more consistent? I’m in practice mode against random shotgun pass and it only hits 10% of the time

Not sure why it's not working well for you. Something that I didn't mention in the video is that it seems to work poorly when the blitz is coming from the side of an in-line TE (blocking or not). If you have auto flip on, many of your cases will align like this
