Great job with the video. Over the past year or so, I have done a lot of research on this suite, and believe it not, there are very few videos and photos out there on this Brando Suite. This is in fact the most detailed view of the inside that I have seen.

what i dont get is the eletric work wouldnt it spark if the water ever came over the sides like during a storm? and cause a massive shock to the water?

This isn't at The Brando. It's at the Intercontinental Thalasso. They used to call it the Brando Suite because Marlon Brando loved French Polynesia so much.
