Okay so with some screwing around and seeing what’s viable and not, your best chance if this is the farm your aiming at The Quarry, literally dash around the area you spawn in, just a square. Can be done in 5 seconds flat, If nothing new instance. But yeah lower spawn rate but if your doing a new place 8 seconds a piece, still sort of farming

Man, just a tip, Hillook in Research is the second best person u can have. Upgrading a divine instant life recovery/immune to bleed flask, that cost 3 to7 chaos to buy it to 26% quality sells for 85-100 chaos. (i sold at least 50 of them but they do not sell instant, around 30 minutes to 1 day of a wait). This is only me doing this only one flask, but there are a good amount of other ones needed on the market and the price can go even higher. I strongly suggest u don't ignore him! Also, allowing him to be the leader can bring u the same profit as In That Fled, making easy to swap between them if u use only this 2 ones in Research, where the rest are already in other branches. About your video, I have done this from around 20 December last month exactly how you describe it in the video (my movement whirlwind blades), 5 to 6 hours per day, 4 from 7 days per week and I made more than 500 ex until now. I have geared up 5 charters whit end game gear, now leveling a MoltenStrike Scion build. I am new to this game, only started this league, but when I hear people say Syndicate doesn't make good currency than delve or maps, I cannot stop disagreeing, but this video people can truly see it potential. Just think about a little, this League is about Syndicate not Delve so of course, they should be superior in at least one aspect, in this case, ITS FREE from investments.

What I take away from it is, the all rivalry option offered me more chances to rank up members and was easier to get intelligence but I had more encounters of solo members. All trusted board more members showed up so that potentially allowed for more chances to get members where you want but overall less rank up chances. I made good money from each method(around 50-60ex total) but all rivalries is indeed better imo.

You don't HAVE to target-farm the syndicate in low-level zones, this is just a currency-making strategy. You can just casually do it when mapping or ignore it entirely. Also scarabs are a very nice addition to the core game, allowing you greater access to specific end-game content that you prefer.

Immortal Syndicate has to be my my favourite farming method in this game. I don't even mean that it's easy, which it is, but it's also incredibly enjoyable. Different kind of encounters in good pace, strategic manipulation, loads of character interaction and the best part is that you make progress no matter where you are in game. And combined with all the previous stuff brought back this league really has been a delight.

A larger part of it is min-maxing your gear and tree by using your brains. The harbour bridge run itself may be a mindless running, but manipulating the syndicate requires much more brainwork, which is where the fun comes from.

Great video, a couple questions: 1) Did you ever feel like you had problems spawning multiple members in one encounter due to the speed at which you killed the members? Seems like you have a build that melts them, and I've always worried about killing them too fast. 2) How often would you say you chose neither option, and just left the zone to reset it? 3) If you were presented with an option to make two members Neutral, would you take it? Obviously there are different scenarios here like if a member will be brought into the appropriate division or if you get an extra +4 Research/Intervention intelligence, but I'm wondering if you value keeping the Rivalry over all possible options. These are great questions! You don't need to worry about the speed at which you kill members. You can insta-kill the base member, and guys will still fly in to support through portals afterwards. I believe the number of syndicate members that spawn in are pre-determined. There are many times where I chose neither option and left the zone to reset it. Usually if there is just 1 member left on the ground, his option can be straight trash or unfavourable. For the Neutral options, I would often take the neutral maneuver if it meant moving a member into their desired syndicate branch. If I wanted to rank up a certain branch faster, I would take the Neutral option to even bring a bad member into a syndicate branch. Note that this is also because I already have tons of rivalry relationships already and can take the hit here and there. I NEVER took the +4 Intelligence, Neutral option. That 4 intelligence is not worth it, as intelligence is honestly easy to come by.

I have a theory, which I have not and cannot confirm due to having no time, but my feeling is, that it is maybe better to have two "nets" of rivalry connections, one between all the members you want to have in research and intervention, one for all the members of the blocked branches, transportation and fortification. I don't know, if this is in the end better, but my thinking is, that you have maybe 2 maintenance rounds for T and F, imprisoning their rank 2 only member, blocking them for 5 turns each, and then you have 5 turns, in which you will only have I and R members spawning for you to rank up. I don't know how often it is, that I spawns, but you have a Rival from T or F coming along, blocking one member of I or R showing up for rank up.

Not quite done with the video but Aisling in research has made me a lot of currency for dual craft mods. You get to pick from 3 of them and it usually pretty good if the layout is level 83. You can get what basically amount to multi mod items for the cost of alts and regal’s. Not to be scoffed at. I primarily used i86 belts to make my money. Stygian or shaper/elder belts. I’ve sold 8 belts all for well over an ex. So with a bit or alt spamming and regal’ing you can prime an i86 belt for a double craft and just make shit tons of money. Works for me anyway. Just my 2 coppers.

Thanks! Put someone as the leader by interrogating the current leader. The next highest rank will take their place. You can just walk away to do neither decision. As for your board, it takes time.

Mostly to be able to afford upgrades, or chaos crafting spam and hope for a jackpot. In the end, either to upgreade your toon, or to just get richer. Whichever you find the most fun. Personally I've been a gold goblin in WoW for years, and recently started PoE, and I love these currency farms, so I get some currency to flip items etc with. As long as it's fun for the person doing it, it's just good. Would not recommend anyone doing something they don't enjoy though, unless it is to achieve a higher goal (like killing Uber Elder or something you need currency to get the right gear for)

Killing enemies with a strong build you've made yourself is fun. Just running around killing random enemies feels a bit empty tho. How can we put killing enemies into some sort of context that makes it less empty, so we can focus on the fun? Well, we delve when our sulfite is full, we map when dailies are up, we incurse whenever the temple is ready.. And on top of that, we can decide to do something like this. Maybe we make so much currency that our next build can be even stronger and more fun too. But in the end it's all just context for killing.

Interrogate It That Fled so it had 0 stars, and then keep interrogating whoever is in Research so that It That Fled has a chance to take their place. I will move to safehouses at the cost of a rivalry relationship sometimes, if I feel it's worth it. And for Fort/Trans, do your best to keep as few people in there as possible.

Mastermind does reset the board, yes. More members will appear based on relationships with the members of that branch - build up as rivalries as you can rather than trust, because trust offers you more bargains which are less valuable than executing for higher rank-ups after you run safehouses. The new leader after you do the safehouse is random from the lowest-ranking other members.

You must've just started, heh. No worries - we were all noobs at some point too. One half is dedicated to the sun goddess Solaris and the other half her twin(?) sister(?) Lunaris, who is the moon goddess. Hence the light and dark - sun and moon, respectively.

My main issue with this is that someone random gets placed as leader of the faction and I CAN'T CHANGE THEM. THEY DON'T SPAWN AT ALL. So if Riker or Rin is leader of Research, I can't get them out. They don't spawn so I can't imprison them.

Just play the game don't worry about making mistakes. Make your character as high level as possible and every 3 months you get a full passive tree reset so you can erase mistakes.

Okay, I've been playing in earnest for about 9 months or so now. I have the basics, I know Path of Building is useful and have it installed. I even have Trade Macro install (though I forget to start AK so I haven't used it much). I even managed to buy some premium storage and specialized tabs for maps, divination cards, fragments, etc. How the heck do you use PoB? I've seen it, but I don't understand it at all. It's like coding or something to me - a foreign language almost. I need some suggestions and links to guides so I can actually use it at all. Anyone willing to help me here?

So I've been playing for only about a week.. The bulk of your profit is from upgrading normal breachstones in the crafting bench in research safehouses where Fled is the leader right? So you would need to have the money to buy a few breachstones first?

Yes, which is actually very achievable in my opinion. You can sell Gilded Sulphite Scarabs for over 40 chaos now, which covers the cost of an Esh Breachstone at 30 chaos!

@@h20kdanny Look on poe.ninja to see which breachstone gives more profit at the time given. Because profits moves between 90-140c per stone everyday.

Hey Daykun, Thx for your vids, that work pretty good but i do something like 100/150 chaos per hour, i don't know why but the most part of time, when research or intervention spawn, i have only one member at time (not 2 or 3 like in your videos), so i can"t rank up or do anything good. my wife have the same trouble and his syndicate have an insane amount of red rope (like you)... idk what the trouble with that : /... how to fix this ? Thx again for your vids :)

It's normal. Sometimes you get 1, sometimes 2, sometimes 3! The more connections you have the better. That being said, make sure you only have 1 member in Fortification and Transportation to allow more members to spawn in other branches.

@@Daykun thanks Day' yeah i have only two member in forti and transport, maybe the trouble is because i have not a lot of link beetwin them, they are all red but not that much, anyway i will try to augmente the number of connexion after my work ;)

wow thats an expensive build. How do you level with this build b/c I feel like I have very little damage trying to level with this build. Should I be leveling with a different skill then switch to Tornado shot?

This is not a build that you level with, but rather one that you can respec into later. Many of the items can be replaced with cheaper alternatives.

@@Daykun Thanks for info. I didnt earn anywhere near as much as you but I did manage to earn enough to get some 7 League boots by farming the bridge which is nice and helped speed up my Winter Orb guy alot which is what I use for now to farm the bridge.

To me it feels like some maps only spawn some of the branches. Like the cathedral roof top has only fortification and transport.

You need to interogate until 0 stars, and then when it pop out, after one or few tries, there should be option to move to your desire branch.
