I have a question why was there a need to give the interfaces of the switches an SVI IP addresses. in other video involving VLANS, there was no mention or need to set up an SVI for each switches and the end devices were communicating with other devices in their respective VLAN just fine. What is the purpose of the SVIs here?

SVI is used to connect the switches remotely! If you want to access a switch from another location, we need a unique IP Address. We cannot set IP address to physical interface in switch, instead can set IP for Virtual Interface. That is called Switch Virtual Interface. And it is for Management Purpose!

sir, when ever I'm clicking on any device in packet tracer like router, switch or PC the window is opening in full size. Unable to use it in smaller/minimized window as you're using. I have tried modifying Custom interface settings in Preferences, but no luck. Do you have any other way to use it in convenient way??
