Thank you for your interest in this video, these recipes, I used a grain called Kamut hot cereal , I reached out to Bobs Red Mill last week and they said they discontinued the Kamut hot cereal. However I will be posting other videos soon with other grains and flours so continue to share with me what you have so I can prepare them as recipes for you! Now in reference to flours, I didn’t use any flour in this recipe, maybe you can clarify a little more of what you meant, that would be greatly appreciated. I await your response.

@@Naturalethics-NE thanks for getting back to me❤️. A month ago I met this guys videos ( Ty's conscious kitchen) on you tube since I straggle with what I eat all times. So I have realized that he is strictly focusing on Alkaline electric diet so I went and buy some of his ingredients. But I managed to get chic peas and guinoa. Where I bought them they don't sell spelt or komut flower. I have tried to find them online but unfortunately I couldn't. I think I need other flours so that I may enjoy my diet. Can you please advise me on that please? And thanks once again.😘
