Hi, after reading some suggestions on this, I chose the Hunter's hood with Retaliate for grind or Energy Regen for bosses. It's not the same as the cowl, but seems to work ok with the build.

I am a bow main user. I will transfer to east server and need lvl 70 to get explosive arrows now. I might try nature staff as my main weapon . I like the heals cuz in bow its very risky if merc jacket is on cooldown

Outdated, mage cowl got changed and also abilities of nature staff are different, the revitalize.

If you’d like to do a more expensive build. But very useful for Solo/Duo content (carving build in mists works wonders). U can suggest Carving with specter, hellion, Royal / Scholar. With a hollowfall / Great nature as the healer. It’s especially useful on roads.
