Thank you very much for watching my video and I am glad that you liked it. As far as I can remember, the hotel looks step free. For room and food court access you can use lift. I would strongly suggest you to call the hotel just to double check. They may have different rooms at lower level for guests who need wheelchair access with modified bathrooms. The only thing I can think of is that you have to cross a small road to enter into Masjid al-Haram. HILTON & INTERCONTINENTAL might be more convenient. I hope it helps.
