Of course, when those nickel plates are burned, they will lose the electrode inside due to overheating, so the magnet will no longer attract it. However, one thing I'm wondering is why those nickel plates can regain their electrodes after returning to normal temperature because normally metal pieces will generate electricity at low temperatures.

Oxidization isn't the cause of this reaction, at rest the metal has regions of electrons with different orientation when the magnet is brought near the the metal the orientation of the electrons in the metal align which attracts the metal to the magnet. When the metal is heated the electrons go to their original orientation and magnetism is lost but when it cools the magnetism is possible again.

🤔2 questions: 1) Can this be “scale” up? (Something “bigger”?) 2) Is it possible to do a “solar-powered”/“electromagnet” version of this? (🤷♂️Maybe, say-a solar-powered electromagnet pulling the thing below a solar-focusing lens [or reflector?]).

Have you ever set something up where you have 2 really powerful magnets attracting to each other but kept apart by a strong fabric or whatever you can anchor to the magnet so it can only go so far and in the small space between the 2 magnets attracting to each other try some experiments with the magnets being held apart by some sort of means and see what can be done from that side of magnets....

I mean.. i don't know if the flask is what you talking about, but Molotov cocktails exist ? :') By the way, if the author of the video sees this, could you tell me what that flame flask think is called ? I can't get the reference to it, I try guessing names like "flame flask" or "fire bottle" but I keep getting results like video game potions or Molotov cocktails.. 😭

this experiment clearly shows that the earths core CANNOT be molten metal and also be magnetic. QUESTION EVERYTHING.............peace
@westonding89538 ай бұрын
No that’s not true. The Earth’ magnetism is caused by the electric current caused by the rotation
@dudeface37828 ай бұрын
@@westonding8953 stop being a repeater. this experiment clearly shows that metal looses any magnatism when its heated. spinning it will not make a magnetic feild. you try and spin some molten metal and see what happens. not magnatism. its funny how science in the books is not what happens in reality most of the time. stop repeating and use your own brain..QUESTION EVERYTHING...........peace out

@dudeface3782 It loses *ferromagnetism.* However, the Maxwell-Faraday's law, «∇ × E = -∂B/∂t», states that moving electric charges in circles induce a magnetic field, *independently of the temperature.* You're right to "question everything" though, and that's why I encourage you to test what I just told you for yourself : Take some copper wire, and wind it in circles, then drop a magnet at the center of that coil. You agree that copper isn't ferromagnetic right ? It's not a magnet, like iron or nickel, so it doesn't have a Curie temperature, because it's only diamagnetic. Yet, the magnet's fall is slowed down through the coil, which means there is a magnetic current coming from it, and you can heat the wire until before it melts - it will still work. This is because the magnet induces an electric field in the coil, which itself induces a magnetic field opposing the one of the magnet. That's the same mechanism in the Earth, "magnetic induction", though here, not only the electrons are moving, but the whole liquid mixture of iron and nickel. This is called a dynamo effect (a geodynamo here, for that matter). What makes the liquid move in circles are convection current - that's what makes the "shroom" form after a nuclear detonation for example, and it's due to a difference in temperature, you can also test this phenomena ! I guess that you probably think the Earth is flat or something? (Sorry if I get it wrong..) But, anyway, I'm not trying to convince you of the contrary or anything - I know I can't - so it's fine! What I wish, is simply that you believe in what you believe for the right reasons. Like, here, I genuinely explained (in a relatively easy way) how that could still work despite the Curie temperature thing, and I'm not quoting anything, and I'm even proposing you ways to test it (that I actually really encourage you to try !) So, is this fine by you ? You say "question everything", but, are you sure you do ? Do you question if Earth magnetic field could still work in a spherical model despite the Curie temperature? Do you really question everything, and are you still able to change opinions on things? Only you can answer to that! Now, as I said, I'm not trying to "debunk" any of your beliefs. I just hope that, from now on, you'll be able to say that the Earth is flat, but while knowing that "the Curie temperature doesn't disprove Earth's magnetic field in a spherical model though", and correcting your fellow mates when they say so :) Have a good day!

@@Fukiyel ya thanks about the rational unemotional reply and respectful answer. first lets get sometning straight...........i do not believe the earth is flat, i dont know what this realm is. but i do KNOW that it is NOT a spinning waterball in a infinite vacuum of nothingness created by a explosion of nothing that created everything. every part of that statement is absoloutly ridiculous to beLIEve. and to think evoloution is even possible as "they" state is just a farsicle. but my point still stands.............i have not seen been shown an experiment that creates a magnetic field in the way you or mainstream science claims. science must be repeatable over many times to become not a "theory". mainstream science fails at this daily. gravity, evoloution, big bang, quantum physics, dark matter.............all THEORIES.........never proven or renamed a LAW ( law of thermodynamics, inverse squre law of light) these are proven vetted things that can be tested and verified. who verified the "globe" earth.............freemasons, nazis (NASA), and the military. i believe nothing these people say. you should really try to look more at the true earth. its been 9 years and its not going away because it is reality............peace out
