Three ways how NOT to use an angle grinder. Buying the correct tool is going to be more effective then losing your fingers.

Last one is deadly. Rpm on angle grinder is 11000 and normal cutting disks are rated for 12500. Your contraption can desintegrate and all thouse screws would become bullets. This might happen any time no warnings. Look up angle grinder accidents. Very dangerous. But is a good idea. For example with an anglegrinder with variable rpm at low settings might be safe enough. Cool idea. But not safe.

The saw blade sharpener will work if there is no set to the teeth. If there is a set you need to skip every second tooth and then reset the grinder to align with the other set.

№2. так пилу нельзя заточить. (можно , но это неправильно. там углы заточки разные . через один зуб) , а у вас происходит спил зубов в 1 плоскость.

Есть пилы с прямым зубом с твердосплавными напайками. Теоретически их можно так точить, только надо поставить на болгарку алмазный диск по металлу, но не по камню (оригинальный по металлу дорогой) или приспособить алмазную чашку. Болгарку надо с регулировкой оборотов. Тысяч 5 оборотов не более. В самом станке, как я понял, диск в момент заточки фиксируется только прижимом к кнопке выключателя- это слабое место конструкции.

2 вариант фуфло, на самом деле заточка не происходит, а наоборот кончик зуба ударяется о диск и тупится, после чего диск маленько загибается и входит в плоскость. Зуб диска должен сначало зайти, а потом подводиться к заточному диску

Ladies and gentlemen boys and girls do not do this at home or anywhere else. Angle grinders run much too fast fothese crazy bodged up tools. You don't need them ,they are extremely dangerous are the there are many inexpensive tools that are designed for the purpose. They will do the job much better and a lot safer. Count your fingers and eye balls in the morning and before bed time....the number should be the same

I like in the first one when they pull out the square to prove that the piece of hollow metal tube they cut on a 45° angle is perfectly square. No shit it's a perfect 90, it always will be when you take the two pieces resulting from a single angled cut and rejoin the cut faces after flipping one around.

This isn't true at all. It's the result of adding up both of the angles. If you cut it at 80 degrees you have two 80 degree cuts, so 160 degrees total.

@@TylerDurden1400 Actually is the duplication of the cut angle, since the angles you refer to have to be equal every time. You will get 90 degrees only for a perfect 45 degrees cut. Congrats for spotting the mistake.

It's actually a horrible idea, it will only work once with realignment, you can easily sharpen 30 just using a vise and grinder or just use a bench grinder and hold the blade by the time you made this and sharpened one

The RPM off the angle grinder exceed the max RPM of the saw blade by a factor 2. Not that smart to use a saw blade on a angle grinder.

The lathe is too dangerous because of the high RPM of the angle grinder. But I think if we use drill instead of angle grinder or a variable speed angle grinder than it'll be much safer. But we will also need to add a support to the other end like a real wood lathe.

Strange that you can still buy slotted screws........ A proper chippy still uses slotted screws if requested. They come out of painted hinges easier than rounded out cross heads. Seem like you have little experience good sir.
