On 20th April morning I woke up with extreme tiredness. Weepy and immense void. It's mid summer where I live, it is under orange 🚨alert. I've definitely been feeling a lot during all of the eclipses. I wasn't really attributing it to them because there's other things going on spiritually with me. But this last one absolutely. And it was funny enough that around 1:40 I actually got a very blissful calming feeling for about 8 to 9 hours during the eclipse. I could only see it for a moment where I was at in Florida. So I actually didn't even know it was going on but then I looked it up and that was the time it started.lol The feelings have been very intense and heavy, but there's been a great deal of that lifting and expanding finally. So it really matches as you say along with others.... Thank you! 😎 I'd like to add in no matter how dumb it kind of sounds, Also not to try to be offensive either. I'm just a very skeptical person on things. Not a debunker but certainly skeptical on things as I don't look to be naive. I've never really been full in on all of this ascension stuff. It was never my intention really as I was just trying to heal myself from injuries and traumas. But then quickly found out that to properly do that and be completely healthy. It puts you on that path. so it's been quite the crazy experience because it was never even my intention and I still don't fully buy in. And I'm not really part of any of the communities. But it's absolutely been happening. And I'm kind of like a science-based physics guy and not really what you would expect to be saying what I'm saying. But I had a spontaneous kundalini activation happened to me that really altered my reality.... So here we are 🙂🤗

Ascension symptoms along with all the astrological things going on are going to be rough on the body. Take care of yourself and stay grounded and ground more if you need to, increase mineral intake, increase vitamin intake particularly D and K, pay attention to your diet, take epsom salt lukewarm baths (has to be lukewarm to activate the epsom salts) and add sea salt and baking soda and soak. This will help with the electrical energy in your body that affects the muscles and nerves. And all of this includes inner work since we're ascending in our bodies. Get out side and enjoy nature, hug a tree and more and lessen the stress around you. Just some suggestions.
