bad frequencies have to be neutralized and good frequencies increased. I believe we all have to collectively upgrade the planet’s frequencies, the artificially created frequencies are designed to keep our energy and light down. You have to break through by using alternative frequencies to neutralize the bad ones that do harm to the biological body. 432/ 528/888/369 etc. These frequencies are conducive to our biology and will heal the blood and organs from the cellular level. Everything is conscious and everything can be healed and with observation of this we all can heal and heal each other collectively. As you heal yourself, something happens in the collective field that awakens in you, other people in the field will get downloads that they also need to heal and this progress is what the planet needs. It’s essential if people intend to survive through these much more powerful frequencies the planet is facing from externally off planet and from the artificially created frequencies here in the planet.

Wanted to cry when I saw those sunny flowers swaying first thing on my dash. Today my mom enthusiastically bought sunflower laced sage and palo santo sticks with me. My dog and I walked maybe an hour into town and she met us at the store. Just before, Coco got herself a giant chew stick and met a cat- the cat was watching her and started sniffing the top of her head (beautiful sea fog eyes). My dog looked up after a few sniffs, gave some sniffs too and went on minding her business. It was delightful! My mom just wants me to get on with living a happy and fulfilling life, and after a few weeks of getting over the idea that my mom was trying to just help out, it really meant a lot to see just how earnestly she wanted to support me in making my parents place somewhere I don’t feel like ice. Today is my bros birthday! Got to sing to him even tho he is over seas and my dad filmed him walking quickly away from his second singing from my grandma and mom lol. He’s so funny! And making goodness visiting family we haven’t seen in so long. She isn’t so into all the spirity stuff that I am, and I was getting in my own way denying the olive branch. It’s a good ash valentines! Walked with Valentines for her and my neighbor, early in the morning I paced one in my boyfriend’s lunch. He meal preps each week and cares to take care of himself! I love my folks so much and today I let a whole bunch of guard just not spike. It was very good. Sunflowers mean a lot to me. Winks from heaven- my uncle transitioned this day last year. Very fully circle. Cousins baby shower this weekend too! Loving my family and naming em each night I remember and things I love about em, even in the mornings or throughout the day, it’s never ever wasted. Even when things don’t clearly seem to be working out, when the bow is tugged and I see ohana is still ohana I just want to melt. Lots of heartiness today, my guys family spreading the loves too! Also, career wise going the way I have been working for it to! NEVER GIVE UP EVER PLEASE AND LOVE YOU “STRANGER!”
