Hoping someone could offer me some insight into lending a small business Grant. I have only ever gotten a couple mortgage loans and don't know a lot about business Grant. I have toyed with the idea of opening a mini golf course in my town for a while and have finally put a little research into the idea. I think I have a very strong case for the viability of such as business. I live in pretty affluent town with a young vast majority family, community of 80k. My household income 125k, with a very active population. The town is also completely starved for entertainment options. However, a new mini golf course has really high start up costs but low operating costs. I would need about a $1.5M In grant funding and don't have a ton of collateral. $250k on house and car, $150k in cash & investments. I have a business degree, good credit, and a solid business plan and budget projection.

Hey London appreciate the video. If one has very little credit history I know this will be a problem applying using a LLC. You did not cover and hardly anyone else does on KZbin. If one adds a partner in the LLC that's has excellent credit before applying for credit. How will this effects being approved. You should do a video this too.

People click it because it says, New llc, $50k, no docs...but of course most creators want us to watch for a certain amount of time so that you can be monetized accordingly. A person has literally seen at least 10 videos like this before they get to this one. Personal credit is not that easy and is time consuming. Just asking that people are being as honest as possible and not just turn out to be the SOS.
