So... Not to be negative Nancy here. But as a brand new start up business, not even my first call yet... All I need to do is pay $50-$100 a month for my dedicated business toll free and local number. $100-400 for a virtual office. $50-$200 business insurance. A few starter vendor accounts for frivolous buys to report on credit $100-$300. 1-2 starter trade line reportor programs $50-$250. And don't forget the business monitoring program $100. It's a little frustrating that the little guy start up has to come out of pocket $1000 a month for half a year just to be able to access trade line and capital lines.

Hard to find a business credit card that won't pull my personal credit without needing a ridiculous amount of money in my business account. I'd even take a small credit limit of like $500 cause I don't want to ding my personal credit right now with an inquiry.

This is the same thing Im going through. All of the credit card companies required my SSN😕 Every one of them that I saw online that said EIN ONLY was a lie🤦🏾‍♀️ On credit karma they gave me some "guaranteed" approval options with my personal credit so as a last hope I applied and got approved! Only $500 but its a start so I can build my personal credit up. Hope this helps

What about people with bad credit? Got any videos/tips on how to get started? I had "fair credit" up until covid hit. I made all my payments, didn't have any negative marks. So it was building pretty fast. But last my job and some other things happened. Now I want to start a business. But no clue how or where to start. Outside spending years rebuilding my personal credit. I don't need a ton to get started. Maybe 10 to 15k. But even that right now seems like a mountain to climb

Two questions, i recently started a business I have LLC an EIN. What are these bank saying you have to maintain at least $5000 or you would be charged a fee $15 That was BOA &CITIBANK. TD was only bank that required at least $1500. Second question Why do DUN # Charge for getting a dun number? $299

You should have hit on the fact that most credit card companies need your ein AND your social security number, bc you personally guarantee the credit line, so your business credit is tied to you personally…am I right?

This very same thing happened to me two months ago and I’ve been driving for almost 5 years myself. They deactivated me for absolutely no reason and told me it was because I didn’t pass the criminal background check. I had to submit all my paperwork to them and checkr and it took a month for me to get reactivated. My concern with getting business credit/account is that I don’t have personal credit. But I know once I do get personal credit, it’s gonna be a nightmare cause I have an old medical bill that I stupidly ignored and it was sent to debt collectors. I ignored them too.

A lot of times you can call the credit bureaus and dispute those charger, I had a few traffic tickets that were sent to collection and never even appeared on my on my report because it was missing my middle name, don’t let it discourage you from trying to apply for credit

I’ve heard of people not being approved for business credit cause they had bad personal credit, no personal credit, or and/or not enough business income history to be approved. I honestly don’t know how it works so any info I get is always useful. I also don’t know if there’s a difference between a business banking account and business credit. Like if you open a business bank account, is that the same as business credit but just in different words? I wouldn’t imagine so. If I were to guess, I would opening a business bank account is the same as if I were to get a person debit card. Then I can chose to open a line of credit later on. Idk. I’ve got lots of research to do. Sorry for unloading all of this on you but my hopes is that more people will see this and answer my questions.

@@JoseDiaz-bk9mh In a few past weeks that I was in your shoes, wondered same thing as well. The difference between business banking account and business credit. Yep, both are complete difference. When you open a business account just right like you opened your personal banking account but keep both separate, that way wont get mixed for the tax reasons. Also, make it easy to track all of expenses, sales or profits. Just suggesting you to do more research, checking on KZbin, reels from Instagram (beware...may be mislead), read the comments, too. Hope you can find the right answer.

Question your SS# is only used for employment only as stated in your contract with SS ...so why would someone use their SS# for anything else without reporting it to the IRS .

So, I am very proud of you and your handsome son, (I assume). Your son is so articulate and well-informed about his craft. Excellent! Now on the pitch, I was not sure if it would be helpful to me at this time, but I wanted to run my unique situation before making a final decision on your program. I am involved in a non-profit 501(C) 3 and I have a profit-making business that is not off the ground yet. Because I am the common denominator with both companies, it is easy to mix certain aspects of both businesses because there is a personal affiliation. I would like to know if there is a way for me to get credit for expenses that I spent on the non-profit? How can I leverage monies spent on the nonprofit and use it on the profit making business?
