Nice, good tip for practice. I'll take something like this start slow, speed it up, then back it off, each time around running a little faster. I'll also do this with 2 beat and 4 beat drills. Now if I could just figure out how to afford one of those golden RAV's in each key ;) Thanks for sharing!
