1- 72000 maintenance per month is pretty high. 2- OC received? If it's a 20 yr old building, of course OC would be received.

I would prefer to cry in a 5 bhk than cry on a bicycle no bhai? Money is extremely imp today. You'll have to work equally for everything else, but when you have money, you will have a good place to sit and think about everything else. And most labourers get good sleep because they slog all day, not because of comfort.
