AWHO is in Greater Noida, which is not even close to Delhi. It’s surprising how he is generalizing his points with Delhi and other parts of the NCR, like Gurgaon and Noida. Changing 12 houses suggests that he is either unable to settle or comes across as quite immature. I find it hard to believe his reasoning for frequently changing homes, especially considering he has five family members. Blaming the owner for the 12th time seems implausible.
