Perfect valid concern. However, on the flipside. If I had a dollar for every time I heard of a client not paying for work completed. The world is full of horrible folks, choose wisely who you do business with and try your best to limit your risk. Sign contracts that have been reviewed by professionals, check references, and trust your gut.
