I'm personally a Su fan, but the MiGs are nothing to sneeze at. The Su is a large plane, the MiG is a smaller one, sort of like the F-15 and the F-16. Excellent vehicles.

In times of war 5th generation fighters like F22 and F35 will only have limited use as down time is much longer then flight time. Russians going on the right path with the migs and su family. Stleath is way overrated by NATO. Specially as the s400 and s500 come on line.

Very acrobatic and maneuvrable but the time of the dogfights is over, with stealth airplanes with a radar signature of a bird, new gen. radars that can spot 4 gen. airplanes over 200 miles, highly manoeuvrable long range air to air missiles impossible to outmaneuver. The one who spots first shoots first, without even seeing the opponent with ones own eyes. These acrobatic fighterjets are good for circus shows.

The Mig 35 is equipped with AESA radar & BVR missiles. Stealth fighter jets are only in the hands of few air forces. Also, it's questionable whether today's radars can detect them or not.
