Namaskar Sir, I am one of your biggest fan and you have been my idol since I joined gym. Sir, could you please clarify one thing as I have been doing gym since last 01 year and taking all kind Suppliment as per your advise such as protein, bcaa. Multivitamin, omega 3, ashwagandha etc.. How to avoid muscle spasm and muscle knots.
