I took cosmetology in highschool. They told me to cut my hair it would make my hair grow and become thicker well finally I did let them I got a razor hair cut! I was sick! no one had even suggested to care for my hair as you do! and most people unless they have baby fine curly hair know how to care for it! The condition of the hair works! I use Different kind shampoo than Sushmita's. But she says what you like will work and it does! Coconut oil is fantastic and she mix's her own I think is great! I don't so everything she says works wonders! I'm using my comb more now because it helps straighten​ my hair just as she says.

if I recall correctly, castor oil is extremely flammable so if you want to warm it up I do not advise warming it over stove top or microwave. warm up a larger bowl of water then in a smaller bowl put in the castor oil. take the smaller bowl and put it in the larger bowl of warm water and stir it occasionally to help distribute the warmth. that's the safest way to heat the oil

Hi .. castor oil is always used with a carrier oil like coconut, olive, almond etc as it is very dense. It reduces its inflammability as well. Pure castor oil can be warmed over water.

I can attest to the coconut cream making my hair straighter over time. I want to add that henna can loosen curls a lot That has happened to my daughter. She only used henna twice. I'm sad cause her beautiful curls are becoming straight but she doesn't mind. Use henna alone with out Amla or anything else added. It is well known. It happens to a lot of people.

Coconut oil actually works amazing!! Only use it mid shaft to ends of hair...not on scalp! I'm a cosmetologist am I never used because I thought it would make oily..it definitely did not!
