It’s probably different for all hair types but it worked for me. Also, I washed my hair every two days and have 3 pillow cases I replace every night and wash the one I used the previous night the next day, if that makes sense. It is a bit of a hassle, but once I get waist length hair I think I’ll stop.

Hey guys I just thought I'd give an update to my progress. So I've been doing this for quite some time now and I've seen a good change to my hair. I do this every day before I sleep for 15 mins (10 mins with my head upside down, and 5 mins upright). I also stopped applying oil to my hair prior to washing my hair, instead, I'm applying rice water to my hair and let it soak for an hour or so before washing it. The ricewater treatment seems to be the most beneficial, and in conjunction with this massage, I've noticed considerable stimulation of hair growth, even in once-dead follicles. Not applying oil to my hair was the best decision I've ever made! Hope this helps! If you have further questions, just leave a comment.

@@shrutimehendinailart8045 I don't oil my hair at all anymore haha! I was actually quite scared of just stopping my oil routine cause I didn't want my hair to become dry and damaged, but honestly, rice water works wonders! The color of "snow" is white. Humans varies in different skin color. Light-skinned. Fair skinned, tan skin, brown skin, etc. Humans are indeed made up of melanocytes which is responsible for skin tone. Depends on the equator. For example, the Indians from the North are very light-skinned because they are farther from the equator. Just like the Italians from the South, also who vary in different skin colors. No big deal. Humans indeed are fascinating. Humans, all are crying tears and bleed red.

I've only been doing this for a few days, so it hasn't been long enough for me to see any difference in my hair, but this is so relaxing. I do it just before I go to bed, and I've slept much more soundly since I did. Thank you for posting this :) Update: Baby hairs. Lots and lots and *lots* of baby hairs. I had severe hair loss (and weight loss, which I didn't need in the first place; I wound up a skeleton) thanks to stress-induced IBS -- it thinned enough that you could see my scalp through it, which really did not help my stress levels. I got my gut straightened out, I'm no longer scarily underweight, and no more visible scalp. It's so nice to run my hands through my roots and feel how much thicker they are. This has helped my hair and helped me relax and de-stress at the end of the day.

Wonderful! I went through the same phase last year. IBS, followed by severe weight loss and hair fall. I no longer have IBS but low weight and hair loss is continuing. Please tell me how did you got back your normal weight . I will try this method for re-growing my hair
@FunSizeSpamberguesa
@FunSizeSpamberguesa 3 жыл бұрын
@@sujatakarnad2771 I never did quite get back to my normal weight, but close enough to be healthy for my height, at least. Even once the IBS went away, for a long time I still ate a lot of bland food. Potatoes, beans, and lentils are all easy to digest and can help put on weight, and rather than eat three full meals, I still eat a little at a time throughout the day. Quinoa is good for that, too, but it can be hard to find. Sandwiches with whole-wheat bread are good, and foods with protein are also good for your hair, but those can be hard on the stomach. Eggs are the only one I've found that I can be sure won't trigger any stomach problems. Unfortunately, I don't know of any way to stop the hair fall entirely, but it should slow down on its own (for me it took about 6 months), and the new hair grows in much faster with the massaging and the oil. I keep mine braided most of the time, because that way I only have to brush it once a day and no individual hairs can get caught on anything. When I wash it, I don't comb it until it's dry. Mostly, everything just takes time. Good luck :)

Unbeknownst to me, I had been using a high pressure shower massaging head for 3 years on all these spots on my head every other day, really focusing on the crown, top, and neck. I treated it like meditation and would just relax for anywhere 10-20 minutes like that. I would also switch from warm to cold several times. My hair growth had EXPLODED during this time. Thickest it had ever been. I moved to a place with low water pressure, within a week my head started tingling like it missed it, and i missed it too for being able to know all the shampoo and products was off and my scalp was squeaky clean. Then I started noticing a lot of hairfall. I really think this is legitimate!

Hi, I am a new subbie😆Great video! You are correct about the pressure points. When my hair fell out 5 years ago, a friend advised me on these points and my hair started growing back thick and fast. I have stopped the massages but will begin again today. Thank you!
