Yea basically most people's breakfast here in Italy is sweet. We tend to eat something sweet like cookies, biscuits, cereal, croissants (or cake like in the video) and dunk them in milk or coffee (or whichever combination of the two one prefers)! 🥛🍪✌

Fatta oggi quell'arancia, anche se il mio forno è meglio usarlo a 180 gradi, perché l'ho dovuta lasciare molto di più la torta ed era abche piccola da 18 cm.. Cmq molto buona soprattutto la cremina top. 😋

Nico is not only a great chef and teacher but also a mind reader. Yesterday I was baking his lemon cake and thinking if he could give us a recipe for an orange cake and the very next day ... voila! A recipe for an orange cake :) Grazie mille, Nico! P.S. I assume I can use a smaller springform but bake for a couple of minutes longer?

Ahaha Amanda, I’m glad the recipes are valuable to you ❤️ and yes you can use a smaller springform, but keep a close eye on the top of your cake as it might burn before the rest of the cake is baked. I usually put the cake rack on one of the lowest settings 😊 hope that helps 🥰

ho fatto la torta al caffè, rispettato le dosi, ma la torta non ne ha voluto sapere di cuocere. Ho pensato e ripensato a quale errore avessi commeso...ed ecco 🤦‍♀il cremor tartaro ..se non aggiungo almeno mezzo cucchiaino di bicarbonato e mezzo cucchiaino di aceto non mi si attiva...almeno a me capita sempre così....però rimango aperta ad altri consigli, e magari ragguagli in merito.Grazie mille per le ricette fantastiche che sempre ci proponete
